Loving the overall mood of these. Definitely get a sense of time, place, and scale.
You could get a stronger sense of presence by pushing your shadows one way on the color wheel and your highlights the opposite direction -- it doesn't have to be much. I like to just slide the color picker hue a little ways for one, and a little ways the opposite direction for the other. You'll get some richer, more grounded images that way. The top (green) one is starting to play with this.
